This just-shy-of-an-acre waterfront lot stands at the precipice of history. Before the Mayflower landed at Plymouth Rock, it landed at Renews for water and provisions after its’ historic voyage from Britain with Puritan pilgrims seeking the new world in the face of religious persecution. The town itself was later prevented from flourishing as the notorious pirate, Peter Easton, raided many Newfoundland and British colonial outposts in the 17th century.
