Something exciting is happening at Cedarbrae Mall this year. You may have noticed the start to our renovation on the former 120,000+ sf Walmart box facing Lawrence Avenue East. This large box will be demised into 24 individual mixed-use units that'll soon be home to offices and key national and local retailers, better serving the Scarborough neighbourhood. The 16 individual ground floor units will consist of several larger format spaces facing the exterior of the mall, as well as many small-sized interior-facing units catering to local businesses. This exciting new renovation will better serve the Scarborough community and help attract new families and patrons to the centre. Renovations are expected to be complete by Fall 2023.
