Lot (pid 70090824) Port Medway Road, Port Medway

11.9 acres spread over three separate parcels in the picturesque South Shore Nova Scotia community of Port Medway, a charming and historic village that originally thrived on shipbuilding, but to this day remains a working fishing port. A new owner may wish to subdivide the three distinct parcels that constitute the single PID #, creating acreage (roughly 7.5 acres +/-), a smaller lot (approx. 2 acres +/-) bordered by Port Medway Road and Old Port Medway Road, plus ocean frontage, also in the 2-acre range. Please note that these sizes are estimates only as no surveying or migration has been done. The calmer waters of Southwest Cove are ideal for a future dock from which to launch nautical adventures of all types. The greater Port Medway region is already known as one of the best locations in Nova Scotia for sea kayaking, plus there is quick access to the open Atlantic Ocean and beyond! The areas spectacular geography is home to two nearby conservation areas that protect distinct habitats of bird, sea and wildlife. The small islands that dot the cove and nearby waters provide stunning and ever-changing views from a seasonal or year-round dwelling. (id:1945)
