Ovlix.com is not a property management agency or Brokerage but is an online advertisement agency exclusively providing a service to help tenants or new future home owners find accommodations or landlords, brokerages fill their vacant apartments or sell their residential properties/homes.

Ovlix.com makes no representation as to the condition of premises advertised on Ovlix.com and is neither liable nor responsible for any Home Owners or Brokerages/Real Estate Agents or anyone who advertises on this "site".

Should "you" object to any term or condition of these Terms, any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with Ovlix.com in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the "Site" and the Service.

Ovlix.com will not be held liable for any loss or damage for non-compliance. "You" understand and agree that unless expressly stated, Ovlix.com in no way controls, verifies or endorses any of the information contained on or in the Service including listings, links, messages, advertisements and reviews.

Refund Policy

All products are sold “as is”. The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued.

Your Responsibilities

"We" are not an estate agency and "we" provide a service whereby agents and other websites on behalf of an agent may market and "you" may view property details together with other content hosted and developed by "our" "site".

Agents are responsible for preparing the details and answering inquiries directly from "you". "Our" services do not mediate any communications between "you" and the agents and "we" do not participate in any part of the real estate or rental transaction.

Property listings are hosted in good faith but are produced directly by agents or third-party feeds and have not been verified by "us". "You" are responsible for verifying information and conducting due diligence including hiring a surveyor and obtaining legal advice.

"You" are responsible for all activity on "your" account. If "your" credit information is accessed unlawfully, "you" are still responsible for any purchases or activity on the account. "You" agree to authorize Ovlix.com to charge purchases made on the "site" to the credit card provided.

Advertising Terms

All advertisement content must be accurate and comply with laws. You are responsible for keeping it updated and compliant. Inaccurate or misleading information must be corrected immediately.

Prohibited content includes false, obscene, defamatory, pornographic, infringing, or illegal material. Advertisements must not include URLs or visible contact information in images.
