Approximately 196 acres of land running along the 103 Highway and bordering on Pells Rd. commonly known as Annapolis Rd. Frontage on Black's Brook. The land is mixed woodland. Located only minutes from Shelburne. Access has been previously reviewed and it has been determined that using Wrights Road as a cross-over access to the Ryer property is the safest access that could be achieved. The Town of Shelburne would be required to explore this option. There would be a need to approach the Town of Shelburne and request their participation in the upgrading of the Wrights Road as they had previously agreed to in the past as per letters from the Director of Highway Engineering Services.
